Cynthia is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of Tennessee. She completed her master’s degree in Nursing Education at Tennessee State University with a post-master’s certificate as a nurse practitioner. She has been practicing in the pain management setting for five years and enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level. Cynthia places a heavy emphasis on patient teaching and education as the key to helping patients make better decisions regarding treatment for their chronic pain issues.
She offers trigger point injections and ultrasound guided knee injections, medication therapy management, and management of intrathecal drug delivery systems. Currently training to offer Botox injections for chronic migraine treatment.
She has lived in Gallatin for the past 19 years with her husband Ron and their crew of cats. She has two grown children, and one teenage granddaughter. Cynthia enjoys hiking and traveling, painting, and interior decorating in her spare time.

For out of network insurance plans it is the responsibility of the patient to check insurance benefits and out of network coverage.
