About Scott Fowler, PA-C

Mr. Scott Fowler is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in Interventional Pain Management and non-surgical orthopedics. He joined our group in 2017 and has been practicing Interventional Pain Management since 2012, with prior orthopedic surgery experience. In addition to medication management, Scott brings a strong skill set to our practice providing ultrasound and fluoroscopic guided injections for small and large joints, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, tendon injections, and treats chronic migraine, spasticity, and dystonia with Botox injections. He enjoys getting to know his patients, helping them reach their goals and improve their quality of life with a personable compassionate bedside manner.

Scott also has a passion for teaching and educating his patients, as well as other providers and students. He is considered a thought leader amongst his peers, a National Key Opinion Leader in pain management and spinal cord stimulation, and he has presented to a variety of audiences, both large and small. In addition, he participates in multiple medical advisory boards as an advisor and consultant.

Scott completed his undergraduate studies at Samford University in Birmingham, AL and then obtained his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Tennessee Pain Society.
